1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, booking a consultation, or querying our AI legal assistant on MG Law Tech, you enter into a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. Description of Services
MG Law Tech provides legal technology software including AI-assisted petition drafting, legal precedent research (Indian Kanoon DB), advocate marketplace search, and law firm practice management tools.
3. Account Responsibilities & Advocate Verification
Advocates registering on our marketplace guarantee that they hold an active Bar Council enrollment certificate and are in good standing to practice before Indian courts. Platform users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. AI Legal Assistant Scope & Advisory Boundaries
Our AI drafting tools and statutory query outputs provide legal research assistance and automated templates. The AI system does not constitute a licensed attorney and does not form an attorney-client relationship. All AI-generated drafts must be reviewed and verified by a qualified advocate before court submission.
5. Billing, Payments & Consultation Cancellations
All payment transactions are securely routed through Razorpay. Consultation bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time qualify for a 100% refund. Subscriptions to law firm plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Jurisdiction
MG Law Tech maintains a 99.9% service uptime objective. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
